Day 01 – Welcome to Kathmandu (1,300m)
Welcome to Nepal!
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our friendly representative from Ambition Himalaya will greet you and transfer you to your comfortable hotel in Kathmandu.
After checking in, you can relax or explore the colorful streets of Thamel, one of Nepal’s most famous tourist districts.
In the evening, our trekking guide will conduct a comprehensive trek briefing where you’ll receive important information about the journey ahead. You’ll also enjoy a traditional Nepali welcome dinner with authentic local cuisine.

Day 02 – Flight to Lukla (2,860m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610m)
Today’s adventure begins with one of the world’s most exciting mountain flights to Lukla Airport.
During peak trekking seasons, flights may operate from Ramechhap Airport after an early morning drive from Kathmandu.
Upon landing in Lukla, you’ll meet the trekking crew before beginning your first walk through charming Sherpa villages, prayer wheels, colorful mani stones, and beautiful pine forests.
The trail gently descends toward Phakding following the Dudh Koshi River.
This relatively easy trekking day allows your body to begin adjusting to higher elevations while enjoying spectacular Himalayan scenery.

Day 03 – Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Today’s trail enters the magnificent Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rare wildlife and incredible mountain scenery.
As you climb the final steep section toward Namche Bazaar, weather permitting, you’ll catch your first unforgettable glimpse of Mount Everest.
Namche Bazaar is the commercial heart of the Khumbu region, filled with bakeries, cafés, trekking shops, museums, and welcoming Sherpa hospitality.

Day 04 – Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar

The final uphill climb passes beautiful rhododendron forests before reaching Tengboche Monastery, the largest Buddhist monastery in the Khumbu region.

Day 08 – Trek to Lobuche (4,940m)
Today’s trail gradually climbs above the tree line into the rugged alpine landscape of the Khumbu region. After leaving Dingboche, you’ll follow the scenic trail toward Dughla (Thukla), where a short rest prepares you for the steep ascent to the famous Thukla Pass Memorial.
This moving memorial site honors climbers and Sherpas who lost their lives on Mount Everest, making it one of the most emotional points of the journey.
Beyond the pass, the trail follows the edge of the Khumbu Glacier with breathtaking views of Lobuche Peak, Nuptse, and surrounding Himalayan giants before reaching the peaceful settlement of Lobuche.

Standing at the foot of the world’s highest mountain is an unforgettable achievement. During climbing season, colorful expedition tents cover the glacier, creating an incredible atmosphere.
