Langtang valley Tamang heritage is a combination of two beautiful trekking routes in the Langtang Valley. This trek includes the best of Langtang valley Tamang heritage trek – letting you enjoy the wonderful culture of Tamang people at first and then providing a breathtaking trek experience of Langtang valley.

The Tamang heritage part of the trek takes us to wonderful Tamang villages like Briddhim, Thuman, Gatlang, etc. that are not adulterated by modern development. We also visit many Buddhist shrines and monasteries on the way.

The highlight of the first part includes a spectacular mountain view from Nagthali – which also provides an opportunity to meditate with Buddhist monks. Visiting Tatopani – famous for its natural hot water springs is another beautiful experience associated with the first part of the trek.

The second part of the trek takes us into the heart of the Langtang valley. Langtang valley lies enclosed by lush green mountains of the Mahabharat range in the South and snow-rich Himalayan peaks in the north. Apart from the Langtang Gosainkunda trek and Tamang heritage trek, these are the best and most visited destinations for trekkers.

Glaciers, rivers, waterfalls, meadows, wild animals, and rare plant species make the tour of this valley a truly breathtaking affair. Traveling to the Kyanjin Gompa is a mystic experience and the trek to the heights of Tserko Ri is a climber’s delight.

Trip Route: Kathmandu – Syabrubesi- Gatlang- Tatopani- Langtang – Kyanjin Gompa – Lama Hotel – Syabrubesi – Kathmandu
